Shipping Destinations
Seedstosow.com.au ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on admin@seedstosow.com.au to enquire about a special order.

Refunds
We do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We will happily replace items if they are clearly damaged or defective, but in this case you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

Please note that plywood has a natural variation due to type of material so each will be unique and will look different than the sample on product pages.

We will replace items that are not as per your order due to a fault by us, for example; if a word or name has been spelt incorrectly.

Please contact via email at admin@seedstosow.com.au with proof of fault with a photograph of the item. 

When an item is incorrect due to the fault of the customer, for example, incorrect spelling of a name has been provided or wrong colour/ size/material has been requested, a replacement will need to purchased.

Security Policy
When purchasing from Seedstosow.com.au, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Woocommerce payment gateway. Card data is not hosted by seedstosow.com.au after processing.
